På Riksantikvarieämbetets höstmöte i november redogjorde byråchef Karl-Erik Högner -i anslutning till en tidigare artikel i Kulturminnesvård (1980:3) -för den nya fastighetstaxeringslagen(FTL) och ett urval av de frågor som kommit in med anledning av denna. Hans framställning återges här.
